% 07.09.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Statutory Bodies. His submission is that illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted at property No.1290/8, Govindpuri, Kalkji, New Delhi.

Status report has been placed on record by the respondent/South Delhi Municipal Corporation. Their submission is that this unauthorized construction on the ground floor was booked in the year 1991; the first floor and second floor were also booked on 11.8.2016; all actions as are contemplated under law shall be taken. This undertaking of the respondent is noted. It is noted that the

show cause notice dated 11.8.2016 shall be taken to its logical conclusion. All actions which would flow from this show cause notice shall be implemented by the Corporation in true letter and spirit.

Respondent no.2 shall assist the respondent no.1 as per requirement.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
