and further stated that all the concerns raised in the present petition are also the subject matter of those writ petitions. The petitions pending before the DB-I are W.P.(C) 12684/2018, W.P.(C) 2646/2020, W.P.(C) 12490/2021, W.P.(C) 7221/2022, W.P.(C) 10460/2023 and W.P.(C) 3166/2023. 2.

This Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 has already directed the concerned District Consumer Forum to dispose of the complaints as detailed hereinabove, subject matter of the present petitions after conclusion of the arguments.

The present petitions are accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court in case of altered circumstances. DR.
