Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the suit has been settled between the parties in terms of the settlement agreement dated 09.02.2024 entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

He states that in pursuance of the said settlement agreement, the relief sought in the present suit stands satisfied.

He relies upon the order dated 12.02.2024 passed by the Division Bench in RFA(OS) 4/2024 taking the said settlement agreement on record. 4.
In addition, he prays that the Court fee in the suit be refunded as per Section 16 of the Court Fees Act 1870 keeping in view the fact that the suit The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
