% 09.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact the unauthorized construction is being carried out at property No. D-65/66/67, khasra No. 223/224, Near Bilal Masjid, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-I, Okhla, New Delhi by respondent No.2 which is against the bye-laws. On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. Her instruction is that this property has been booked and in fact a demolition order has also been passed. The demolition program had earlier been fixed for 26.05.2016 but due to other properties being part of the demolition program, the same could not be carried out on that day. On 27.07.2016, the police officials were not available and as such demolition action could not be initiated. Demolition program is now fixed for 28.08.2016. The respondents undertake and ensure

this Court that effective action shall be taken on the next date and demolition order shall be complied with in true letters and spirit. Counsel for respondent No. 3 is also present in Court. He ensures this Court that adequate police aid shall be furnished to respondent No.1 on that date.

No further orders are called for on this petition which is disposed of.
