% 08.05.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and look after his ailing mother as also to get her daughter admitted to a government school as he is unable to meet the fee of her present school.
On a notice being issued, a Status Report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, the medical documents of the mother of the petitioner have been verified. The family of the petitioner was found residing at House No.C-1/223, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi.
Consider the verification report and the fact that the petitioner has roots in the society this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a W.P.(CRL) 1323/2018
period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
