This suit was wrongly transferred to the transferee court within the jurisdiction of District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi but in view of the address of the respondents, this suit will be transferred to transferee court within the jurisdiction of District & Sessions Judge, (Central) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 2.

Accordingly, it is ordered that CS (OS) 1237/2011 will stand transferred to the concerned transferee court within the jurisdiction of District & Sessions Judge, (Central) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and the files of CS (OS) 1237/2011 presently lying with the court of Sh.S.S. Rathi, Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Patiala House Courts, Delhi, will be transferred by the said Additional District & Sessions Judge-III for appearance before the District & Sessions Judge (Central) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 15th July, 2016. 3.
