Parties are also present and they admit settlement of all the disputes amongst them in terms contained in paras no.1 to 7 of the MoU dated 14.11.2019, annexure C-1.

The concerned Sub-Registrar to act in accordance of para 2 of the MoU, annexure C-1 with this application.
