% 25.10.2016 CO.APPL.4212/2016 (Withdrawal of Petition) The present application under Rules 6 & 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 seeks permission to withdraw the accompanying winding up petition, in view of the circumstance that the petitioner has arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute with the respondent-company. In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The application is disposed of accordingly.

CO.PET.386/2016 & CO.APPL.1662/2016 In view of the order passed in CO.APPL.4212/2016 today, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
