% 15.05.2018 Aggrieved by a decision not being taken on the application of the petitioner seeking parole on the ground of medical treatment of his wife, the petitioner preferred the present petition.
Learned proxy counsel for the learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has since been granted parole vide order dated 27th April, 2018 which the petitioner has not availed till 5th May, 2018 but can avail the same.
No further orders are called for in the petition. Petition is disposed of.
