% 31.05.2016 The present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17th July, 2015 for a further period of two weeks in a case arising out of FIR No.497/2012 registered at Police Station Mehrauli. Subsequent to filing of the present bail application, the applicant has moved another Bail Application No.1017/202016 for grant of regular bail. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grounds taken in the interim bail application merges in the same. Status report has been filed by the State. In view of the regular bail application having been preferred,

the present bail application i.e. Bail Application No.822/2016, is disposed of accordingly.
