O R D E R

% 11.05.2018 The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated January 02, 2018 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6236/2017.

Mr. Mishra, who appears for the respondent states, as per his instructions, the petitioner has not submitted the application as per the Rules, inasmuch as the petitioner initially has to submit the application online and after taking a printout of the application forward the same through the concerned learned District Judge. Mr. Mishra also states, on receipt of the said application, he shall personally ensure that the case of the petitioner is considered at the earliest, preferably within six weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, in view of the submission of Mr. Mishra the application in the manner suggested by Mr. Mishra and also indicated by the respondent in its letter dated January 15, 2018 shall be submitted within five days. If that be so, the respondent shall act in accordance with the submission made by his counsel today, The contempt petition is disposed of.
