O R D E R

% 19.07.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Yashvir Kumar of police station Sarojini Nagar. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR No. 307/2014 under Sections 354A/354D IPC registered at police station Sarojini Nagar is quashed in view of the settlement. Her affidavit in this regard is on record at pages 55-56.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
