% 11.09.2018 After lengthy arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, limits the relief to a direction to the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (for short 'SDMC'), to take action against the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, who, in his view, have obtained a sanctioned plan (hereinafter referred to as 'subject sanctioned plan'), in relation to the subject property bearing No. 85, Khasra No. 73, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi, allegedly by furnishing forged and fabricated documents.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the SDMC, invites the attention of this Court to the status report filed on their behalf to urge that, pursuant to receiving the complaint from the petitioner, in this behalf, they have issued notices to the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, to show cause, as to why, the subject sanctioned plan be not revoked.

In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the SDMC to determine the show cause notices, issued to the respondent Nos. 4 & 5, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
