% 02.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 29th March, 2016 whereby respondent no. 1 has repudiated the petitioner's fire claim. Petitioner also prays for supply of copies of the entire survey report submitted by respondent no. 6-Surveyor and report of M/s. Royal Associate, Investigators.

Keeping in view the fact that the order dated 29th March, 2016 has very serious consequences for the petitioner, this Court directs respondent nos. 1 to 3 to supply copies of respondent no. 6-Surveryor and report of M/s.

Royal Associate, Investigators to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Thereafter respondent nos. 1 and 3 are directed to give a post decisional hearing to the petitioner and in the event they find merit in the petitioner's plea, they are given liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
