% 04.05.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, but states that some time may be granted to the petitioners to pay the penalty amount. It is pointed out that all the three petitioners have to pay a penalty of Rs.4,50,000/- each.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

CM No.18160/2018 is also dismissed as withdrawn. However, time to pay the penalty amount is extended by a further period of four weeks. In case the petitioners do not deposit the penalty amount within the aforesaid period, consequence will flow.
