% 11.02.2019 CM APPLN. 6366/2019 in W.P.(C) No. 4674/2018 Vide the present application, the applicant/petitioner sought directions thereby directing the respondents to provide/supply and make available the complete copy of the requisite clarification provided by the UGC to JNU pursuant to the impugned memorandum dated 20.04.2018 and take a final decision on the status of employment/service of the petitioner within the time bound manner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice submits that the final decision shall be taken within four weeks and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner. Keeping in view of the reasons stated in the present application and the statement made by counsel for the respondents, I hereby dispose of the present application directing the respondents to take final decision within

four weeks from the receipt of this order and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter. In view of the above, the application is disposed of. Order dasti.
