Rev.Pet.214/2018 This application is for review of order dated 27.04.2018 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits there is an error apparent of the record as alleged in various paras of the application and the same needs correction. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the allowing of the application. It is submitted the prayer made in the writ petition was different but the same was considered in a batch of writ petitions and the order was passed.
In view of the submissions so made, it is ordered the writ petition is disposed of by giving a liberty to the petitioners to
approach the NCLT by way of an appeal, which it is stated has already been filed. Pending the decision in the appeal, there would be stay on the operation of the list of disqualified directors insofar as it concerns the petitioners herein. Furthermore, the respondents will also activate the DIN and DSC of the petitioner. In view of the above the petition stands disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
