% 05.12.2017 Counsel for Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Ghazipur Phool Mandi states that at present they do not have any vacant sites for allotment. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition and states that he would make a representation to the respondent in case there are vacant sites available in future. Liberty may be granted to them to approach the Court in case allotments are not made, though sites are available.

We take statement on record and dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
