% 17.01.2017 CM Appl. 1973/2017 in Cont.Cas(C) 254/2015 Learned counsel for petitioner-applicant wishes to withdraw the present application.

Consequently, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Cont.Cas(C) 254/2015 Learned counsel for petitioner admits that he has received the balance fifty per cent child support amount in accordance with the Settlement dated 01st August, 2013. It is pertinent to mention that the child support paid under the present application totals to Rs.2,44,700/- which is equivalent to US$3600.

Learned counsel for respondent-Mr. Dinesh Chaudhary, on the

instructions of respondent who is present in Court, undertakes to this Court that respondent shall not claim this amount either before the Child Support Agency in the United States of America or before the Courts in United States of America.

The statement made by learned counsel for respondent is accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same. Consequently, present contempt petition is closed. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 17, 2017 js
