By an order dated 04.08.2016, Mr S. K. Mohindra, Retired Chief Engineer, Construction Wing was proposed to be appointed as a Sole Arbitrator. He has now made necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Act. The respondent has no objection the same. Accordingly, Mr S.K. Mohindra is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and in accordance with its Rules. The representatives of the parties shall appear before the Co-ordinator, DIAC on 21.10.2016 at 11:00 AM.

The petition is disposed of.
