% 14.07.2016 The present petition has been filed with the prayer for quashing of FIR No.431/2006, under Sections 323/341/34 IPC, Police Station Nangloi. Notice of the petition was issued. Parties are present in the Court.

During the course of arguments, it has been submitted by the learned APP for the State that the offences in the present case are compoundable.

In the facts and circumstances and with the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties may approach the Court below and move the application for compounding the offence which the Court below shall decide within a
