% 18.04.2017 The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the bone of contention of the present petition is only non-delivery of C-Forms in compliance with the order dated 25.08.2014.

Today, the learned counsel for the respondents has brought the original C-Forms in court and handed over the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepted the C-Forms.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. In case any discrepancy or shortcoming is found in the C-Forms, the petitioner is free to request the respondents to remove such discrepancy/ shortcoming. The respondent will also ensure the removal of such discrepancy/shortcoming. It is also made clear that in case of any discrepancy/shortcoming persists, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition.
