(ORAL) For the relief sought in this petition, a legal notice of 16th November, 2017 (Annexure A-26 colly) was purportedly sent by petitioners to the respondents. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is no response to the said legal notice. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with permission to petitioners to file a fresh and concise Representation to first respondent within a week. If any such Representation is received by first respondent, then it W.P.(C) 5658/2018

be effectively considered by giving a speaking response thereto, within a period of eight weeks and the fate of the said legal notice/Representation be conveyed to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With the aforesaid directions, this petition and application are accordingly disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for petitioners and first respondent.
