% 16.11.2018 Petitioner present in person and the counsel appearing for East Delhi Municipal Corporation have drawn our attention to order passed by the Bench presided over by Hon'ble the Chief Justice dated 20.09.2018 in W.P.(C) No. 1807/2018 titled Devender Vs. Government of NCT of Delhi and Ors.; and the order of Supreme Court dated 08.05.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors. The petitioner in person and the counsel appearing for East Delhi Municipal Corporation state that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of order dated 20.09.2018 in the case of Devender Vs. Government of NCT of Delhi, with the direction that the special task force shall examine the

complaint in accordance with the scheme formulated and the procedure contemplated in the official memorandum.

Status report would be filed by East Delhi Municipal Corporation before the special task force within a period one month from today. Recording the statements, which are taken on record and in terms thereof and the two orders referred to above, the writ petition is disposed of. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
