O R D E R

% 28.01.2020 CM APPL. 2231/2020 (for directions) In terms of this Court's order dated 23.12.2019, Rs. 4,00,000/- each had to be paid to each of the twelve claimants. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payments have been made to nine of them and three claimants have not yet been paid because they have since passed away and the Succession Certificate or documents proving their LRs have not been filed.

In the circumstances, let Rs. 4,00,000/- each be deposited into the bank accounts of the three claimants, maintained with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court, which shall be kept in interest bearing FDRs, subject to further orders of this Court, apropos release of the monies to the LRs. The said monies shall be deposited within one week from today. Renotify on 31.03.2020.
