Vide order dated 13.05.2016, the appellant was directed to annex the Certificate of deposit along with the present appeal. However, due the non-filling of the said Certificate the matter was adjourned sine die till the same is not deposited.

Despite the passage of more than 09 years since the filing of the present appeal, the said Certificate of deposit has not been filed. 3.

On 03.07.2025, Court notices were issued to both the appellant and also his counsel, which, has been successfully served upon the counsel of the appellant, though qua the appellant it has returned as "Unserved". However, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant today. 4.

It seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
