Mr. Ashish Middha, who appears for the petitioners/nonapplicants says that he has no objection to the prayer made in the application.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. 4.

The record will show that Mr. Bhardwaj appeared in the matter on 27.4.2018.

The DLA will take this order as well as the B.T. issued qua this matter into account while recommending payment of fee to Mr. Bhardwaj for appearance in the matter on the aforementioned date. 6.
