% 14.02.2020 The learned counsel for the parties submits that the lis has been amicably settled between the parties.

The respondent has agreed to settle all his claims against the petitioner for an amount of Rs. 1,28,866/-, alongwith interest accrued thereon, which lies deposited in this Court.

The learned counsels for the parties submit that they shall be bound to the terms of the aforesaid settlement. Their assurances are accepted. Their affidavits of undertaking have been handed over to the Court and the same are taken on record and accepted. In view of the above, let the said amount, alongwith interest accrued thereon, be released to the respondent, directly into his bank account being A/c No. 604510110004525, IFS Code: BKID0006045, Bank of India, Saket C&P Branch, New Delhi.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms.
