IA 7143/2016 This is an application seeking condonation of 6 days delay in re-filing the application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 26/2016 This is an application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 for summoning the witnesses in terms of prayers at page 22.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the approval given by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Let summons be issued for appearance of the concerned official of R.N. Kaul and Associates, A-2/45-47, Ajay Chambers, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi - 110091 and M/s. Aditi Consultants, 35, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, New Delhi before the Arbitral Tribunal at Hotel Ashok, Chanakya Puri on 19/20th August, 2016. The petition is disposed of.
