O R D E R

% 09.05.2016 The only grievance of the petitioners is that respondent no. 2 (Tehsildar, Narela) has not decided their mutation application till date, which was filed pursuant to the order dated 17th April, 2014 passed in W.P. (C) 1937/2013. Respondent no. 2, who is present in Court, submits that no decision could be taken on their application since they did not furnish the documents of ownership and possession in respect of the land in question. Petitioners shall furnish copies of the relevant documents before the respondent no. 2 on 23rd May, 2016 at 10:30 am, on which day respondent no. 2 shall also afford opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners or their authorised representative.

Thereafter, respondent no.2 shall pass appropriate speaking order on the mutuation application of the petitioners,

after examining the documents,within three weeks. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties. A.K. PATHAK, J.
