% 03.10.2018 IA No.13473/2018 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC filed jointly by both the parties.

The plaintiff has filed this suit for recovery as well as for the amount of pending C-Form, interest etc. against the defendants. During the pendency of the suit, the parties have settled their disputes by a Settlement Agreement dated 23.08.2018 in the manner as stated in paras no. 1 to 8. It is submitted by the learned counsels that the parties have settled their disputes voluntary and without any undue influence and the compromise being lawful a decree be passed. In the circumstances, the suit stands decreed in terms of paras no. 1 to 8. The terms and conditions enumerated in the application shall form part of the decree.
