O R D E R

% 23.08.2018 Mr. Sanjay Lao, the learned ASC for the State submits that although the FIR was registered in 2013, a crucial element of investigation was held up because the wife of the deceased was absconding. She was apprehended earlier this year and the investigation has since proceeded expeditiously; the Charge-sheet is now ready and is likely to be filed within a fortnight. He submits that the petitioner was arrested but was released as the Charge-sheet was not filed within 60 days of her arrest.
