% 07.01.2016 The plaintiff filed these suits for recovery of Rs.60,52,738/- and Rs.55,25,160/- respectively.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, both the suits are transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 16th March, 2016. The statement made by the learned counsel for the defendant on 31st July, 2013 shall continue, in the meanwhile. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
