TR.P.(C) 17/2016 By this transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the suit being CS(OS) No.359/2015 to the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. It is pointed out that this Court has passed the orders of the transfer. The suit had been inadvertently transferred to the District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi and it transpired that the suit should have been transferred to the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

It is ordered accordingly. The suit stands transferred to the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. The concerned District Judge

shall proceed in the matter after notice to the respondent. Dasti.
