No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016. From the perusal of the memo of parties, it revealed that addresses of some judgement debtors are falls within the jurisdiction of West District as such the matter be sent before the Learned District & Session Judge (West District) Tis Hazari Court. In view of the above, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (West District) Tis Hazari Court.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Court on 02.03.2017.
