% 09.07.2018 In spite of service, none appears for the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in the process of appointing an Arbitrator in terms of the Arbitration Agreement between the parties.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 01.05.2018 shall continue to operate for the period prescribed in Section 9 (2) of the Act. The Arbitrator will consider the Continuation / modification / vacation of the said order on an appropriate application being moved by either party.
