O R D E R

% 19.07.2016 Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are neighbours. It is submitted that a quarrel took place between the parties on some trivial matter wherein petitioners assaulted the respondent nos. 2 to 4 resulting simple injuries to them. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 were discharged from the hospital on the same day. Present FIR 229/16 under Sections 452/323/379/406/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at Police Station Hari Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Ranbeer Singh, P.S. Hari Nagar. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled the matter with the petitioners and do not wish to pursue the FIR any further

as they want to maintain harmonious relations in future. Copy of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 5th March, 2016 has been placed on record.

Since injured persons (complainant) and the petitioners (accused) have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future being neighbours, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 29/2016 under Sections 452/323/379/406/34 IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to however cost of `25,000/- each to be deposited by the petitioners with the Bar Council of Delhi Advocates Welfare Fund within two weeks. Receipts be produced before the Investigating Officer.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
