% 09.05.2018 IA 6377/2018 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. OMP(MISC.) (COMM.) 77/2018 This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award.

Mr. A.S. Rastogi, the learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the respondent has no objection if the prayer made in this petition is granted. Having perused the contents of the petition as also no objection of the respondent to the grant of the prayer made in the petition, the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended further by a period of six months with effect from today.
