(ORAL) 1.
Petitioners' Representation (AnnexureP-10) seeking Restoration/ Contribution of GPF and Pension under old pension Scheme to the employees appointed on Adhoc Basis/Temporary Status prior to 1st January, 2004 and regularized on or after 1st January, 2004 stands rejected by respondent-University vide separate order of 23rd October, 2017.

Upon notice, learned counsel for respondent-University fairly states that impugned order (Annexure P-1) does not address the issues raised in the Representation (Annexure P-10). WP (C) 5167/2018

In the light of the aforesaid, impugned order of 23rd October, 2017 is set aside and this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-University to re-consider petitioners'
Representation (Annexure P-10) and to give a speaking response thereto, in the light of the precedent (Annexure P-4), within a period of twelve weeks and the fate of the Representation be conveyed to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be.
