% 05.10.2016 1.

This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.589/2013 under Sections 363/366-A IPC registered at PS Hari Nagar. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably and the petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.3 are living together happily in the matrimonial home.

2.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present before the Court. I have enquired from Respondent No.3 whether the matter has been settled with the petitioner amicably without fear and pressure. She has stated that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and she is CRL.M.C. 1585/2016

living happily in the matrimonial home. Respondent No.2, father of the prosecutrix, has no objection to the quashing of the FIR lodged by him.

3.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties and the R-3/complainant is residing with petitioner in the matrimonial home happily, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
