% 05.10.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal, he shall not press the present petition at this stage. In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the evidence of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within six months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
