% 02.05.2018 CM. No.17993/2018 (for exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 4671/2018 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(i) Issue Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to de-seal the above said factory / premises bearing A-1 situated at Khasra no. 132, Main Road, Kaushal Puri, Chauhan Patti, Delhi - 110094 for the period of five days only, in the interest of justice;

(ii) Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner;

(iii) Award cost of the petition to the petitioner." It is the submission of the learned counsel for respondent no.2 that property in question has been sealed in view of the directions issued by the DB-1 in Public Interest Litigation and it is appropriate for the petitioner to approach DB-1 for orders.

Noting the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioner approach the Division Bench by way of an appropriate application. Ordered accordingly. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MAY 02, 2018/jg
