1. Considering that the arbitral proceedings have commenced, the interim order passed by this Court on 24th May, 2016 is directed to continue till such time the Arbitral Tribunal („AT‟) varies or modifies the said order.

2. It is further clarified that it will be open to the parties to seek any other appropriate interim reliefs or remedies as may be available to them in the arbitral proceedings accordance with law.
