% 22.11.2018 CM APPL.31863/2018 in MAC.APP. 833/2012 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the claimant seeking release of awarded amount.

Learned counsel for the claimant submits that the matter has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 24.10.2016, passed by this Court. He further submits that the claimant is facing financial hardship and requires the compensation amount.

Since the awarded amount has already been deposited, the Registrar General of this Court is directed to release/transfer the Awarded amount into the savings bank account of claimant along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, in the proportion and in the manner indicated in the Award, forthwith, after due verification, as per rules. The Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, the application is disposed of Dasti.
