% 08.03.2017 The learned counsel for the execution petitioner / decree holder submits that given the value of the suit in which the decree under execution was passed, on account of change of the pecuniary jurisdiction, the matter needs to be transferred to the District Court. He submits that since the defendant / judgment debtor is located in the area of Chattarpur, New Delhi, the jurisdiction would fall within the domain of District Court of South District of Delhi. Thus, on his request, the execution petition is transferred to the court of the District Judge (South) at Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi where the parties may appear on 28.03.2017 for further proceedings in accordance with law. The District Judge (South) in her discretion may retain the matter on her board or make it over to any Additional District Judge under her control.
