The writ petitioners has challenged the show cause notice - cum - suspension order dated 18th February, 2016 issued by the Commissioner Customs (General), New Delhi with regard to licence of the petitioner.

We are informed that proceedings were conducted pursuant to the said notice which have been culminated in an order dated 27th January, 2017 revoking the licence of the petitioner. W.P.(C) 3485/2016

Ld. counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view thereof, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and may be disposed of.

This writ petition and application are disposed of being rendered infructuous.
