O R D E R

% 18.04.2016 Vide order dated 01.04.2016, the Hon'ble Court has, inter-alia, passed the following order:- "The office report states that excess amount has been released to the claimants by virtue of compliance with the order dated 30th July, 2014 wherein 75% of the total amount awarded by the tribunal was directed to be released. If it were so, the Registrar General shall take necessary steps to recover the excess paid from out of the amount kept in fixed deposit receipt, for refund to the insurance company."

It is reported by the Registrar (B&A) that a over payment of Rs. 65,608.75 has been made to the respondent Nos.1 to 6 in terms of award dated 19.05.2014 in compliance of order dated 30.07.2014.

Let a report be called from the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch as to how much amount is lying deposited in FDRs with the Bank in the name of the respondent Nos. 1 to 6.
