% 08.07.2016 Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has forwarded a settlement agreement dated 10.02.2016 which was entered into between the parties.

In the first round when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that she is a proxy counsel. She was not aware to any of the fact and circumstances of the case. None appeared for the respondent. Accordingly, the matter was passed over. In the second round, none is present for the parties. Matter is accordingly dismissed in default.
