The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, challenging the appointment of an Arbitral Tribunal seeking a declaration that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal be terminated. It is seen that the petitioner has not annexed the arbitration agreement pursuant to which the arbitrator was appointed.

Since the principal document has not been annexed with the petition,

the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh alongwith all the relevant documents necessary to address the controversy sought to be raised.
