After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed as the counsel for the appellant/plaintiff states that since the courts at Chennai have territorial jurisdiction, accordingly, appellant will approach the competent court of territorial jurisdiction at Chennai. 2.

In case, appellant files a suit in Chennai, appellant will be entitled to benefit of Section 14(1) of the Limitation Act in accordance with law. 3.

The appeal and all pending applications stand disposed of as not pressed.
